Cancelation Policy

I do require a cancellation fee if cancelling within 7 days. Cancelation fee for pet sitting will be equal to the amount quoted for one day of service. If you return home early, you will still be charged for the remaining dates that were reserved. Cancelation fee for drop by visits is $25.

Disclaimers

I am daily working at all hours, on a predicable schedule, and working alone. Because of that, I ask that there be no visitors at all that weren’t present for the initial meet and greet if at all possible. Please know I respect that these are your family and friends, but they are strangers to me. I must operate with an abundance of caution to ensure the safety of myself and any one assisting me. If a visitor must stop by, please make me aware prior so I can coordinate my visits around them. I cannot grantee exact visit times due to traffic, distance between clients’ homes, and possible accident clean up. I will make an exception to this if there are medical needs that are time sensitive, such as insulin injections.
I will do everything in my power to keep myself and your pet(s) safe at all times. In the event your pet runs away and/or is hurt, I cannot be held responsible in any court of law. I will do my absolute best to find them via myself, animal control, and local lost pets facebook groups. I have never ever had a pet get away from me in the past, so hopefully this never happens. Bottomline however is that it is your responsibility to give me the info and tools to keep your pet safe.

Refund Information:

Cancelation fees are non refundable
Your booking request form, our texting/emailing conversations, and proof of this terms of service would be used against you in any attempt to charge back your payment.
